Do you wonder what to eat after your workout or when you are in a hurry?

Quick Protein Cups

Your gear:

  • Microwave egg poacher
  • 100% egg whites
  • Low fat cheese (optional)
  • Salsa or taco sauce
    (plus salt and pepper to taste)
