I've posted the recipe for my protein pancakes before (see it), but here is a video on how to actually make them. Starting your day with protein helps spur on your weight loss.

Without breakfast we are prone to eat more later in the day, plus we don't have any energy for all the things we need to do in our day.
Improvise, try new things but most of all - eat breakfast and have fun!
