Don't Miss the Sign

Weight loss (and all other life improvements) is all about “being ready.”
How many times have you tried—and failed—to reach whatever goal you’ve set for yourself? (Oh, yikes. Too many to count for me.)
The only reason you have not succeeded is that you didn’t want it badly enough. In other words, you weren’t ready to make the sacrifices it takes to do it.
Don’t beat yourself up over it. You just might not be ready to make needed changes in your life.
Think about it for a moment: You didn’t change jobs, get married, get divorced, return to college, start a new hobby, build a business…until you were ready.
Some day you’ll be ready. Just don’t miss the sign.
