Simple Tip for Easy Weight Loss
by Helen M. Ryan

If you lose just one pound per week, you will be 52 pounds lighter next year.
Eat just 250 fewer calories a day, and elliptical, bike, run or swim for 30 minutes a day (or walk briskly for 50 minutes, or do 15 minutes of kettlebell training).
That’s all it takes to lose weight.
Sure, you don’t want to wait a year to see those kinds of results, but where were you 52 weeks ago? Are you 50 pounds lighter? If not, then maybe it’s time to re-evaluate how you are doing things.
It’s really, really, easy to eat 250 fewer calories a day. And it’s fairly easy to burn 250 calories a day, especially if you keep moving throughout the day, and even throw in just a little harder training a few times a week.
Who doesn’t have time for that?
