Faking Your Way Thin

It’s called acting. Fake it ‘til you feel it.
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be someone other than you? Someone without your issues or without your attachment to food or drink? Or someone who truly loves to exercise?
Imagine yourself as that person.
The “you” in control of your life, who makes better food choices, exercises consistently, and challenges his/herself. The “you” who is not afraid of change. Every time you make a food choice, ask yourself: “What would the ‘me I’d like to be’ do?” Each time you want to skip exercise, ask yourself,
“Would the ‘me I want to be’ do that?"
Time to get your acting chops wet...for success.
