Fit Tip: 1-Minute Workout
Some days, you just don't want to do it. Work out, that is. I don't either. When I'm feeling tired, unmotivated or just plain disgusted, I fake myself out and force myself to exercise...in 1- or 2-minute increments.
I usually do this while going about my day of writing or web/social media updating, between phone calls or cleaning. If you work hard enough, these little bursts really do make a difference. Give it try...and leave me your short workout ideas below (yes, that would be you).
