(I would happen to agree with the above statement because I’m, well, just 5 feet tall.)
I hate to measure. Anything. My waist, a homework math project, my food servings. Don’t ask to me to measure a window for blinds, because I will measure that window four times and get four different results.
So when it comes to the right portion sizes that will help me lose weight, I can either guesstimate (where I am often wrong), or I can use some common household items as visual portion size references…without all the work of weighing and measuring. It’s pretty nifty. See for yourself.
